Returns and Exchange

Do you accept returns and which items are eligible? 

  • Sale items and swimwear are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please see our refund policy for more information.

 Do you accept exchanges? 

  • We do not accept exchanges but some exceptions may apply. Please see our refund policy for more information. 

Are the return shipping costs my responsibility? 

  • Yes. You are required to pay the return shipping fees.

 

Shipping

When will my package arrive? 

  • Please use the tracking number assigned to your order to monitor your packages arrival. Allow 2 to 3 business days for your order to be processed. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time at checkout. All orders will be shipped out via Canada Post.

 Where do you ship your products from? 

  • All products are shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Where do you ship to? 

  • We ship all over Canada and U.S.A.

Will there be taxes? 

  • Yes. we are based in Canada; All orders are subjected to 13% (HST) which is included in the stated pricing.

 

Orders:

The item I want is out of stock. Will you receive more? 

  • We are not sure if we will have the item back in stock. While some products can be restocked, we strive to offer new styles and colours and many items may not be available for restock. If you would like to be notified as soon as a particular item is back in stock, create an alert on the product by inserting your email. If your desired item comes back in stock, we will be sure to email you. 

I placed an order but would like to cancel it. How can I do that? 

  • If you would like to cancel an order that has been paid for, please contact our Customer Service at simplypalma@gmail.com. If your order has not yet been packaged or shipped out, you will receive an email confirmation of your cancelled order, and a refund will be issued to your original form of payment. If your order has already been packaged or sent out for delivery you will need to follow our refund process once you have received the item(s).

I received the wrong product and/or size. What do I do? 

  • We sincerely apologize if the order you received was incorrect. Please contact our Customer Service department at simplypalma@gmail.com and provide photos of the product you have received.
